Simple and straight to the point. Clean eating has never been so easy!
Place raw turkey breast on an aluminum foil lined baking tray. Lightly glaze the turkey with olive oil then sprinkle whatever combination of spices you desire. (I only used ground pepper!)
Place in the oven (heated to 350 degrees) and allow to cook for about an hour.
While the turkey is cooking take some time to chop and dice half an onion, two whole tomatoes, one avocado, and one whole cucumber. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle two tablespoons of olive oil into the mix. Last but not least, sprinkle some pepper and feta cheese on top!
Eating things raw and as unseasoned as possible while still maintaining happy taste buds is not rocket science!
