Went light on today’s workout. After lifting yesterday I felt so sore this morning, it was amazing. Haha!

20 mins of sprint intervals
Min speed 3.5
Max speed 10.0
Min incline 0.5
Max incline 12.0

4 sets / 12 reps
Equipment: lat pull down machine

Lat pulldowns

4 sets / 10 reps
Equipment: Row machine
Dumbbell

Sit down cable row (superset 1)
Bent over dumbbell row – 10 each arm (superset 1)
