Super simple dinner ideas are always a must. One quick tip for eating clean is to meal prep things that take a long time to cook. I make rice in bulk at least once a week so I have it to add to any meal during the week!
Thaw out 2 cups of raw shrimp under a warm water.
On the stove sauté 1/2 cup of chopped onions and 1 clove of minced garlic in 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
Add 1 tbsp of butter to the mix.
Add 1 cup of chopped broccoli.
Add the shrimp and allow them to cook until they are pink.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper!
Heat up a 1/2 cup of rice and pour your shrimp and broccoli mixture on top!
