What you need:
4 medium bananas
1/4 cup unsalted grass fed butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Just a dash of sea salt
9′ by 5′ loaf pan (23 cm by 12 cm)
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Line pan with parchment paper or grease your pan with grass fed butter.
In a bowl combine bananas, eggs, butter, and almond butter.
Next, add coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt to the banana mixture.
Pour the batter into the pan and place small slices of bananas on top of the batter.
Bake for 45-60 mins !
