The Essentials For Under $50!

Grocery shopping doesn’t have to be torture, or insanely expensive. I have narrowed my diet down to the few “must haves” when it comes to eating healthy on a decent budget.

Trader Joes:
1. Organic chicken tenders
2. Medium raw shrimp (frozen)
3. Tomatoes on the vine
4. Avocados
5. Eggs
6. Bananas
7. Frozen strawberries
8. Broccoli florets
9. Mushrooms
10. Cucumber
11. Vegetable medley
12. Plain bagels
13. Red onion
Ralph’s:
1. Bacon
2. Feta cheese (used on greek salad)
