Clean Chicken Dinner

When it comes to cooking healthy meals less always seems to be better. The more organic your food stays whole you prepare it the less calories will sneak into your meal.

This meal was made from organic chicken tenders, broccoli and cauliflower florets, and baby carrots!

On a medium set stove place a medium sized skilled. Place 2 tbsp coconut oil onto the pan and allow it to melt. Then place the chicken tenders, bare, onto the skillet. Lightly sprinkle pepper, salt, and any other spice blend you would like onto the raw chicken. I used a Thai spice blend found at world market!

Allow the chicken to cook for a couple minutes but not until it is done. Toss any vegetables you’d love in with the chicken and again, lightly season the vegetables as well!

Cook until the chicken is done but keep the vegetables a little crunchy. The closer they are the raw, the better!
