Pescetarian Dinner

This super simple dinner idea can satisfy almost any pallet. Vegetables, seasonings, and even proteins can be substituted by almost anything!

What you need: (for this specific dish)

Raw shrimp (I advise against precooked)

Celery

Onion

Garlic

Fresh tomato

Canned diced tomatoes

Whole grain brown rice

Olive/coconut oil

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, and a dash of dried basil.

How to:

Begin process of brown rice.

In a large pan over medium heat put desired cooking oil followed by chopped garlic and onion. Allow to cook for one minute before adding the rest of your vegetables (celery and tomatoes.)

Season with desired amounts of pepper, salt, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, and dried basil.

Next, place rinsed and shell-less shrimp into the pan.

Once the shrimp has a pink tint pour the can of diced tomatoes into the dish. Followed by previously cooked brown rice.

Allow shrimp to cook thoroughly and be sure to mix all ingredients together over medium heat.
Season to taste !
