Homemade Raspberry Vanilla Granola Bars


BOWL # 1

2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cups brown rice crisps

1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped

1/4 tsp salt

BOWL # 2

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 tbsp vanilla

Microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute or until mixture is softened.

Mix both mixtures together and place into a 9 by 13 dish on parchment paper.

Allow the granola mixture to freeze for 1 hour. Then cut into bars and place back into freezer for 2 hours/overnight.
