What is circuit training?

Circuit training is the form of working out that focuses on body conditioning, typically involving two or more exercises. The purpose of this type of training is to add intensity to your workouts, and using timed intervals with staggered sets, you’re able to get an amazing workout completed in a short amount of time. Not to mention there is the added benefit of being able to do a workout anywhere, so there are no excuses!

Bare Intentions loves to design workout programs that can be utilized anywhere at any time. Circuit training is the most effective way to maximize your workouts while at home, on the go, or even in your local gym. In 30 minutes or less you are able to get peak your heart rate and fatigue your muscles all in one awesome, high intensity workout. To keep things interesting you have free reign to use any equipment, terrain, or location.

Here are a few examples of workouts we use when designing an impromptu circuit:

Switch Jump Lunges (10 per leg)

Hop Squats (15-20 reps)

Burpees (10-15 reps)

Tricep Dips (15-20 reps)

Walking Planks (15 reps)

Bike abs (20-30 reps)

Sumo Squats (10-20 reps)
