Beginner Lifter’s Guide !
We have all heard it before, “Strong is the New Skinny” but how have you changed the way you workout to build that strength and those long lasting results? It was not until about three years ago that I even set foot into a weight room. Growing up I played sports and that always seemed to be enough to keep me lean. I never realized the importance of strength, endurance, and overall health until sports stopped and my body began to change. These workouts are some of the first exercises I did as I overcame the nerves and uncertainty that I know a lot of females feel when they lift weights for the first time. This plan is designed to be easy to follow and easy to remember so that as you progress you can continue to incorporate some of these core exercises into your workouts.
